What is the return policy?

We want you to be happy and enjoy your shopping experience with us! But, if there is any problem with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please follow the following guidelines if you decide to make a return.

Fabric cut: Should be in its original sealed package, uncut, unwashed clean condition and free of perfumes, pet or smoke smells.

Notions: Should be in its original sealed packaging.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Unless it is our error, refunds will be issued upon receiving and inspecting your return, less any shipping cost we incurred related to the purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
All sales are final on books, patterns, preorders and custom orders.

What about custom orders?

All fabric is cut in continuous length, unless noted, per request, or on orders more than 10 or 15 yards per design. (Continuous yardage is shorter on batiks/ handcrafted prints)

Where do we collect Sales Tax?

Buyers in the state of North Carolina will be charged the NC rate (varies per city. Currently no more than 7.5%)

Can I pick up my items to save on shipping?

In most cases, yes. Please send us a note with your order and we will get back with you shortly thereafter.

How come my preorder has not shipped?

All orders ship within 1-3 days, with the exception to holidays, weather or if your order is for an item that is still on preorder status (Please read your order details to find out when your item will ship)

Why am I being charged custom charges?

Import fees in foreign countries are the buyers responsibility

Could you make the the selling price lower to help avoid paying high foreign fees?

As a seller, it is illegal to put a lower value on your customs form. As a result, if your parcel becomes lost, your insurance will not be able to cover for the value of your purchase.
