Shipping policy

Do you accept returns? In some cases, Yes! Within 10 days of purchase

We understand that sometimes details are missed when making a purchase and that we are not perfect and mistakes could happen. In these cases, returns are accepted. 
Please contact us if something did not work out as planned so we can work out the details. To make a return after contacting us, the fabric should be in it's original, uncut, unwashed, clean condition and free of perfumes, pet or smoke smells at the cost of the buyer. A restocking fee of 25% is necessary to cover the cost of the return: processing your order, shipping your order, processing your return and returning to inventory. 
A refund will be issued upon receiving and inspecting your return, less any shipping costs we incurred related to the purchase. Notions can be returned if defective. Custom order sales are final and cannot be refunded unless it is or mistake. i.e. an incorrect item was shipped. Books, patterns an special cuts cannot be returned. Preorders, Gift cards are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Lost or stolen mail?

Once your item ships, we can not be responsible for lost or damaged items. If you would like additional insurance, please ask.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
